The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has declared an adjustment in the filing fee for Form I-907, also known as the Request for Premium Processing. This modification is in response to the inflation from June 2021 to June 2023.
- What is Premium Processing? Premium processing is an expedited service offered by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that allows applicants to fast-track the adjudication of their applications by paying an additional fee, with the commitment of receiving a decision within 15 calendar days for most cases, 30 calendar days for Form I-765 for F-1 students and 45 calendar days for Form I-140 E13 multinational executive and manager and Form I-140 E21 national interest waiver classifications.
- USCIS will increase premium processing fees for most immigrant and non-immigrant visa categories (such as E-1, E-2, L-1, O-1, Q-1, H-1B, TN, and Form I-140) from $2,500 to $2,805
